While fashion and clothes will always take precedence on my blog, a life in style would not be complete without the mention of beauty and makeup products. But when I was first asked to do a product review, I was skeptical. I mean, what if I hated the brand and I couldn’t recommend them on my site? I’d never promote something that I didn’t believe in, yet I would feel awful letting a brand down. So I decided to take the plunge, dip my toe in the water and try out these products…
After using a Rimmel pencil that I’ve sworn by for years, I thought there was no way I could find a product that I preferred. That is until I met the ‘Fab Brow’ kit, which I can, I think, possibly, say I like more than my beloved pencil! The light powder and soft brush that the kit comes with means the product applies really gently, and is also easy to remove if any mistakes are made. Fab Brows also comes with eyebrow stencils, which you can place over your eyebrow to get different shapes without the mess! What I enjoyed most about this kit, though, was how incredibly natural it looks, both in colour and style – because we all know there’s nothing worse than the pantomime dame brow!
